Privacy & Trust

Your privacy matters.

This Privacy Policy explains how Jashvee may collect, use, protect and manage information when you use our website, application, counselling services and related features.

Last updated: 10 October 2026
Privacy-first principle: Mental-health information can be highly sensitive. Jashvee is designed to collect only information needed for the relevant service, protect it with appropriate safeguards and avoid using private conversations for unrelated purposes.

1. Overview

Jashvee is a mental-health support platform operated by Sanghadha Private Limited. The platform may connect users with verified professionals and provide self-help, assessment, journaling, wellness, booking and technology-assisted support features.

This policy applies to information collected through Jashvee websites, mobile applications, forms, accounts, appointments, sessions and related services.

Important: This page is a website-ready privacy-policy framework. Before publishing it as the final legal policy, it should be reviewed and finalized according to the actual Jashvee data flows, vendors, legal structure and applicable Indian privacy requirements.

3. How information may be used

  • To create and secure your account.
  • To provide counselling, support, booking and wellness features you request.
  • To match or route a support request to an appropriate verified professional.
  • To process and reconcile payments.
  • To communicate appointment confirmations, reminders and service updates.
  • To protect the platform against fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
  • To improve reliability, usability and platform performance using appropriate safeguards.
  • To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.

Jashvee should not use private mental-health information for unrelated advertising or sell personal information to advertisers.

4. Counselling sessions & conversations

When you use text, audio, video or in-person counselling, information associated with the appointment may be processed to provide and manage the service.

Text sessions

Messages may be transmitted through Jashvee's secure session infrastructure and may be stored only where necessary for service operation, safety, dispute handling, legal requirements or an explicitly disclosed purpose.

Audio & video sessions

Audio/video should be transmitted through an approved secure communication service. Jashvee should not record sessions by default unless recording is specifically introduced with appropriate notice, consent and a lawful operational purpose.

Professional access

A professional should receive only the information necessary to conduct the assigned service. Access should be controlled by role and appointment/session permissions.

5. Journal, mood & self-assessment

Jashvee may provide private journaling, mood tracking and self-assessment features. Information entered into these features can be sensitive.

  • Journal entries should be accessible only to the user and authorized systems required to provide the feature.
  • Self-assessment results should be presented as wellbeing reflections and not as a medical diagnosis unless a qualified professional separately evaluates the user.
  • Jashvee should not expose private journal content publicly.
  • Production systems should use appropriate encryption, access controls, audit logging and secure deletion procedures.

6. AI-assisted features

Jashvee may use AI-assisted features for intake, navigation, information organization, wellness guidance or other supportive experiences.

AI is not a replacement for professional care. AI-assisted features should not be represented as a psychiatrist, psychologist, counsellor or emergency-response service.

Where an AI feature processes information you provide, the final product configuration should clearly disclose what is sent to the AI provider, the purpose of processing, applicable retention settings and whether the information is used for model training.

Jashvee should configure AI providers to minimize sensitive-data exposure and should avoid sending unnecessary personally identifiable or highly sensitive information.

7. When information may be shared

Information may be shared only when necessary for a legitimate platform function, with appropriate safeguards, or when legally required.

  • Verified professionals: information needed to conduct an assigned session.
  • Service providers: hosting, authentication, communications, payments, analytics, AI or other infrastructure providers where required.
  • Legal or safety requirements: where disclosure is required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
  • With your direction: when you explicitly ask Jashvee to share information or connect it with another service.

Third-party providers should be selected and configured with appropriate privacy, security and contractual safeguards.

8. Security

Jashvee should use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information it processes.

  • Encrypted HTTPS/TLS communication.
  • Strong authentication and session controls.
  • Role-based access for admins and professionals.
  • Secure password hashing rather than plain-text password storage.
  • Audit logs for important administrative actions.
  • Secure handling of payment and authentication tokens.
  • Restricted access to sensitive mental-health information.
No online system is completely risk-free. Jashvee should continuously review security controls, access permissions, dependencies and incident-response procedures.

9. Data retention & deletion

Information should be retained only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, legitimate operational requirements, applicable law, dispute resolution and security needs.

Actual retention periods should be defined by Jashvee's finalized retention schedule and privacy policy.

Where deletion is available, users may request deletion of eligible account information, subject to legal, financial, security or other legitimate retention requirements.

10. Your choices and rights

Depending on applicable law and the nature of the information, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including:

  • Requesting access to information associated with your account.
  • Requesting correction of inaccurate information.
  • Requesting deletion where legally permitted.
  • Requesting information about how your data is processed.
  • Withdrawing consent where processing is based on consent, subject to applicable limitations.
  • Raising a privacy or security complaint.

Requests can be submitted through the contact details provided below. Jashvee may need to verify the identity of the requester before responding.

11. Students, children & minors

Jashvee may offer dedicated student support. Student verification information should be collected only for legitimate eligibility and service purposes.

If Jashvee offers services to users below the age permitted by applicable law, appropriate age, consent, guardian and safeguarding requirements must be implemented before such services are made available.

Important: The final minor/child privacy and consent workflow should be legally reviewed before enabling services for minors.

12. Emergency situations

Jashvee is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger, may hurt yourself or someone else, or need urgent medical attention, contact local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately.

Jashvee should not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency medical or crisis response.

13. Cookies & analytics

Jashvee may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics and service functionality.

Any analytics or tracking tools used in production should be documented in the final privacy policy, including the categories of data collected and available user choices.

14. Third-party services

Jashvee may integrate services such as payment gateways, WhatsApp/communications, hosting, authentication, live chat, AI services and video/audio infrastructure.

These services may process information according to their own privacy terms. Jashvee should disclose material third-party processors and links in the final published policy.

15. Changes to this policy

Jashvee may update this Privacy Policy when its services, technology, legal obligations or data practices change. The latest version should be published on this page with an updated effective date.
